Transaction Log (v2)
View the Transaction Log for a list of transactions you've complete in the app over the last 14 days. Tap on the More tab at the bottom right of the screen, and then tap Transaction Log to get started!
The Transaction Log records the following user actions:
- Adding an animal on the Animals tab
- Completing a task on the Tasks tab
- Completing an event on the Events tab
A color-coded line is displayed on the right side of each transaction available in the Transaction Log to indicate the following:
- A blue line indicates that the transaction has not been processed.
- A green line indicates that the transaction has been processed.
- A red line indicates that an error occurred when processing the transaction.
Follow the guidelines below when working with the Transaction Log:
- Options to search , sort , and filter the Transaction Log are available at the top of the screen.
- If transactions are available for processing, tap Process All Changes to send your updates to PULSE and then to DC305 DairyComp 305 - VAS Dairy Management Software for DairyComp Unlimited dairies (WiFi or data connection required).
- In the Show field, select one of the identification types to list the animals by that identifier: BNAME Barn name, CNTL Computer number, VISID Visual ID or ear tag number, REG Animal registration number, or EID 15-digit electronic ID number associated with the animal eartag. If an animal doesn’t have that identification type, a "-" is displayed.
- When you scan an animal in a pen, the SCPEN Last scan pen ID Identifier is also included in the Transaction Log. This provides a handy visual cue while monitoring the changes for a specific pen.
- Only transactions local to this device can be erased, and some transactions, such as added animals or completed open tasks, cannot be deleted. Tap Erase at the top right of the screen, select transactions (or tap the box at the top left of the list to select all), and then Erase Transactions.
